Gina operates one ALD vacuum induction melting furnace three tons a cycle and the other UlVAC VIM half tons a cycle for batch metallurgical production. The homogeneity and purity of the materials can be enhanced by remelting in inner gas electroslag remelting (IESR) from ALD at which the ingot range is between ø170-600mm.
